Our Story

We Manage Stays You'll Love

Brikkitt LLC manages vacation rentals across the Smoky Mountains, the Georgia Blue Ridge, the Florida Gulf Coast, and coastal Connecticut. We started with a simple idea: that a well-run rental should feel effortless for the guest and stress-free for the owner. Every home in the portfolio is maintained to a consistent standard, and our team is reachable when something comes up.

The Portfolio

Homes That Work for Groups

Every home sleeps at least six, most sleep twelve or more, and most come stocked with the things groups actually need: full kitchens or well-equipped kitchenettes, outdoor grills, fire pits, and enough space to spread out. Hot tubs at most properties. Game rooms at several. No two homes are the same, but the standard of care is consistent across all of them.
